Todd is a manager of one of the circals of hell he used to be very enthusiastic about his job until Walter was assigned to his sector.
todd is pretty fed up with Walters shit and is very unenthusiastic now about his job, due to the fact he has a P.R nightmare every time walter does a job.
he is a fire elemental who used to be used to conquer nations and used by only the most powerful of magic users but now has a desk job since no one really uses elementals anymore.
